Welcome superior athletes to the Second annual Charlotte Ultra Run! A grueling test of your stamina, training, and patience as you run through the beautiful Charlotte Greenway. All CUR’s (Charlotte Ultra Runners) will receive a finisher's medal for completing the event and if we have 100 CUR’s sign up for the 50k (31.07 miles), the event will include a prize pool. Up for grabs is the naming rights for the Mark Carbone Men's Trophy or the Megan Hovis Women's trophy!!!
The Second annual Charlotte Ultra Run consists of two distinct events a 50K race and the Tyber Creek 10K fun run. Each event will benefit the charities supported by the Knights of Columbus. These include the Least Among My Brethren, Catholic Charities, and local families that receive food and other assistance from our labors. Our goal is to raise awareness especially for our L.A.M.B. foundation that benefits Special Olympic Athletes.
Our registration will be available through UltraSignUp.com. The events will be scored separately by the professionals from Lee Timing.
